Thank you to all who came out to support our local businesses and our event! It was a spectacular time in Belle Plaine. The streets were filled with people throughout the entire day. We had 8 wonderful pop-up shop vendors: Fetching Fashions, Lydiebug Soaps, Susan D’s Stitcheries & Sweets, Salt Creek Natural Creations, Jagged Ambition Boutique, Healy Crafts & More, Trapp Woodworking, and Cookies by Ashley. We also had 2 yummy food vendors the Tin-Cup-Bus-Stop and Good Morrow Pizza. Our community soup supper was hosted by the Catering Shop. They had delicious chili and potato soup. The chuck wagon rides were also very successful and great for all ages to ride around Belle Plaine. Santa’s Workshop filled up quickly with over 120 kids participating in pictures with Santa, face painting, crafting, and playing fun games. Our lighted parade was filled with creative entries. This year the “Polar Express” won by decorating their golf cart to look like a very real train. We had a new activity this year that went well with the festivities. Wrapping with Rima was located in Hair by Halle just off Main Street. She raised $200 for the Belle Plaine food pantry by wrapping presents. The night ended with a perfect routine performed by Spotlight Studios on Main Street.
